Overview:
As a condo-hotel, The Signature at MGM Grand gives you the option of living here and never leaving. Since you’re attached to the MGM Grand it’s quite possible that you would never want to.
The Signature has a certain intimacy to it. With less than 600 rooms, this isn’t for the everyday Vegas tourist group. It’s an establishment that caters to an elite business class in need of a certain kind of accommodation. Guests have access to wellness services such as in-suite spa treatments and fitness centers opened 24/7 in towers 1 and 3. There are also 4,000 square feet of meeting space and a 24/7 business center equipped with workstations, printing capabilities, laptop rentals and full shipping services.
While guests of The Signature have access to the MGM Grand’s full roster of world-class dining options, you can also get yourself warmed-up at The Lounge, located in tower 1. It’s more of a casual meeting place than dining experience, but does offer a cozy spot for a pre-dinner or pre-show cocktail.
It would be impossible to rate The Signature without considering its proximity to the MGM Grand casino, entertainment and restaurants. The quality accommodations give it an extra boost towards elite status, which is predictably pricey and puts it out of the range of most visitors to Vegas.
