Overview:
There are hotels – and then there are hotel experiences. The Skylofts at MGM Grand provide the latter, offering 51 luxurious Tony Chi-designed lofts located on the 29th and 30th floors of the MGM Grand. But let us be clear on one thing: Skylofts is not the MGM Grand.
Although guests have access to all that the MGM has to offer, the Skylofts delivers something more akin to a sanctuary. By now it should be common knowledge that sanctuary is not readily available in this 21st century of ours. But available it is – for a price. With some of the steepest rates in Vegas, this indulgence is perfect for executives (at least the successful ones), honeymooners (for this price you better not being leaving the room) and lottery winners (because you know you would spend at least one weekend in Vegas).
If it’s within your budget, all evidence suggests that it will be money well spent. Let’s go through the laundry list of some of the perks: personal concierge available 24-hours a day (just specify your language of preference), a pre-arrival concierge to help sort out your travel arrangements and activities for when you arrive, immersion chambers, in-loft massages, preferred seating at restaurant and events, and, depending on your room, a personal plunge pool.
Reaching these lofty heights will require deep pockets. But then again, don’t you deserve it?
