Aside from the Stratosphere Hotel with its gravity-defying 1,149-foot tower, there are few more iconic Las Vegas casino hotels than the Mirage. To pay homage to one of the most famous gambling venues on the Strip, developer Playstudios have created a new slots game called, appropriately enough, Mirage. The Mirage-themed slot was recently launched on Playstudios’ myVEGAS Facebook app.

A 5-reel slot, Mirage recreates one of its namesake hotel’s most celebrated features, the Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. The white lions, white tigers and Bottlenose Dolphins of the Las Vegas hotel and casino are given new life via the slot.

Impressive visually and technologically sophisticated, the Mirage slot game has a traditional 3×5 30-line design and also features bonuses such as free spins and the Dolphin Jump Hi/Low bonus game (starring Daphne the Dolphin). Like all myVEGAS slots, the game also offers players the opportunity to win various myVEGAS collectibles, including loyalty points redeemable on real-world services in Las Vegas such as restaurant meals, shows and – you guessed it! – hotel stays at some of the best hotels on the Strip.

myVEGAS continues to expand with the release of Mirage, which is the ninth slot Playstudios have added to the Facebook app since it was created. The game developer have been adding new slots to myVEGAS thick and fast this year. Mirage is the third title they’ve integrated since the start of 2013, following the launch of Around the World in 80 Plays in January and the subsequent release of Luxor God of Odds in February.

While all of the myVEGAS slot titles are fun to play, there seems to be something missing from their roster. Playstudios’ Mirage makes players wish that the developer created a slot to celebrate everyone’s favorite Las Vegas hotel and casino – the Stratosphere. That would be a slot that would tower above the rest!
